WinZip DriverUpdater（ウインジップ ドライバーアップデーター）とは、Windows Updete（重要な更新）やパソコン内のドライバー更新を騙り、不要なアドウェアをダウンロードさせる迷惑ソフト（PUP）です。決してパソコンの不具合ではありません
マルウェアの一種であり、ウイルスとは違いますが、PC内に常駐しますので動作スピードが遅くなったり、不要な警告を何度も表示し、あたかもパソコンが危険な状況にある症状と脅してきます。
このWinzip Driver Updaterはウイルスではないため、セキュリティ対策ツールをパソコンに導入していてもすり抜けて感染します。つまりウイルスバスターやノートンアンチウイルスを導入していても感染を防げません。
ここで重要なのは、まず指定されている電話番号や、有償ソフトの購入はしないことです。

似たような名前の類似ソフトで下記アドウェアも増えてきています
Winzip Driver Updaterをインストールすると PC内のスキャンが自動的に始まり古いドライバーが警告表示され アップデートするよう促してきます。
選択された「ドライバーをアップデートする」をクリック すると画面が切り替わり「有料ソフトライセンス」をクレジットカードで購入するよう勧めてきます。
ここでは絶対購入しないように！
WinZip Driver Updaterの感染経路
下記のような「アフィリエイト広告」つまりネット広告から感染しますので、見かけたらクリックしないよう注意してください。広告にはWindows10やWindows7の「PC修復」や「パフォーマンスの低下」など様々なバージョンがあります
広告をクリックすると WinZip Driver Updaterのカスタマーセンターが表示されダウンロードページに飛ばされます。外国人の女性が登場し音声でメッセージ発しダウンロード求めてくる場合もあります。ダウンロードボタンをクリックすると、インストールファイルが展開され、パソコン内にWinZip Driver Updaterが感染します
WinZip Driver Updaterのアンインストール方法
【CTRL】→【Shift】→【ESC】３つボタンを同時に押してください
Windowsタスクマネージャーが起動→プロセスタブを開きます。WinZipから始まるタスクをすべて終了します
ひとつづつ、Winzipを選択して「タスクの終了」をクリックします。
次に【スタート】→【コントロールパネル】→【プログラムのアンインストール】
※コントロールパネルの表示方法で「プログラムと機能」の場合もあります
プログラムの中から「Winzip Driver Updater」を探しアンインストールをクリック
ウインジップドライバーアップデーターのアンインストールを選択すると、インターネットエクスプローラーや、ブラウザが起動しWinzip Driver Updeterの完全版を購入するように求めてきます。無視してブラウザ右上「×」ボタンで画面を終了してください。
